Information for Keypad customers
From 11 November, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40 to 60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, please email us. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 8pm during the weekday and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.
To pair your Keypad+ unit with your smartphone just follow these simple steps.
Make sure Bluetooth on your smartphone is turned on.
Open the Keypad+ app and click on the 'Keypad+' button.
Click on the power icon, then go to the 'Connecting Your Device' page and select 'Scan Now'.
You must allow the app to access your location to be able to pair your Keypad+ unit with your smartphone.
Select your Keypad+ serial number. This can be found on the front of your Keypad+ unit.
A pairing message will appear on-screen. Enter the 6-digit code followed by the hash key (#) into your Keypad+ unit. Please note on some Android smartphones the message will appear like a notification - please drag your screen downwards to view the pairing code.
A second pairing message may appear on-screen. Enter the 6-digit code followed by the hash key (#) into your Keypad+ unit.
Your Keypad+ unit should now be paired with your smartphone.
