Information for Keypad customers
From 11 November, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40 to 60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into your meter. Your Keypad will automatically switch to the new rate on 1 December. For any support visit our help centre.
Your Direct Debit should be automatically cancelled by your previous supplier when your switch to Power NI has been completed, you shouldn’t need to do anything.
Your previous supplier will issue you with a final bill for any outstanding amounts. Once this is paid in full the Direct Debit should be cancelled.
