What happens if I stop paying my Power NI account by Direct Debit?

As this service is currently only offered for Direct Debit customers you will not be able to manage your electricity account online. If you wish to start paying by Direct Debit again you will need to ring us on 03457 455 455.

Following this, you will need to sign up to Energy Online again and you will then be able to view all of your previous bills and consumption history.
