Our systems will be undergoing planned maintenance on Saturday 26 April between 9am and 1.30pm, the Power NI website may be unavailable due to planned maintenance. You will still be able to access your online account, top-up or switch to Power NI during this time.

What are the compatibility requirements for an online account?

In order to get the best possible experience whilst using an online account please consider the following:

  • Use the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers or Internet Explorer 9 and above. 

  • Your browser must support a minimum of TLS 1.0b.

  • Check your Operating System is either Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Mac OS X, iOS 8 or higher or Android 4.4 or higher.

  • JavaScript, Cookies and CSS must all be enabled.
