Information for Keypad customers
From 11 November, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40 to 60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, please email us. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 8pm during the weekday and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.
In order to get the best possible experience whilst using an online account please consider the following:
Use the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers or Internet Explorer 9 and above.
Your browser must support a minimum of TLS 1.0b.
Check your Operating System is either Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Mac OS X, iOS 8 or higher or Android 4.4 or higher.
JavaScript, Cookies and CSS must all be enabled.
