How do I view my consumption?

To view your energy consumption click on ‘My Energy Usage’ on the navigation bar to the left of the screen when you are logged into Energy Online. You will then be able to see your electricity use in terms of units, cost and carbon emissions.

Yes you will be able to view up to 8 quarterly bills online.

I am unable to download my bills/e-newsletters

The optimal browser compatible with Energy Online is IE 8, Chrome 25 or above and Firefox 27 or above. It is also important to download the most update version of PDF.

How do I view my bills?

To view your bills on Energy Online select ‘My Bills & Letters’ from the navigation bar to the left of the screen when you are logged into Energy Online. You can also save and print these bills.

How can I calculate how much I owe since my last bill was produced?

You can use the bill calculator tool to calculate the approximate cost of your usage since your last bill. Simply enter your current meter reading(s) and click the ‘Estimate now’ button.

I received my bill but it does not match what I submitted through Energy Online, why is this different?

When your meter reading window is open you can submit a meter read online. However, it is possible that when you tried to submit your meter read online we had already received one from NIE Networks.
