Simply call us on 03457 455 455 and we’ll be happy to add another name to your account. The person will need to be available to consent and confirm their details during the call.

I would like to close an account for a deceased relative.

Please call us on 03457 455 455 with a final meter reading and forwarding address to close or transfer the account. All accounts will be closed immediately once we have been notified. We accept details from relatives or solicitors.
